Get ready to lace up and make waves in our exhilarating summer race series! Since 1964, Shore A.C has sparked the competitive spirit with a dash around Lake Takanassee every Monday night. Young athletes kick off the excitement with a 1-mile challenge at 6:30 PM, followed by our signature 5K at 6:45 PM, circling the lake with determination. It’s not just about the finish line; it's about the glory of medals for the swiftest and ribbons for every brave kid who runs. Series regulars? You're in for a treat, with grand awards for consistent front-runners. Join us for five magnificent Mondays from July 1st to August 5th—just remember to snag your spot behind St. Michael’s Church for parking. With entry fees as friendly as $5 for kids and $10 for adults, your summer nights just got a whole lot livelier!
