Mount Afton Challenge

Mark your calendars for the thrill of the chase! On Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 8am to 10am, summon your inner endurance beast for the 4th Annual Mount Afton Challenge. Whether you're a runner, a rucker, or just love a good walk with purpose, we're calling you out to conquer as many 1-mile laps as you can and maybe even snatch the title of Mountain G.O.A.T. of Afton.

This isn't just about personal glory though. This year, we're running with heart for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, extending a lifeline to those touched by this struggle in our own Afton community and beyond. Every stride you take helps support the Cabarrus County Chapter of NAMI, because you've got the power to make a difference.

And hey, don't sweat the commitment. Join for as long or as little as you dare; it's you vs. you, and your personal best is the goal. There's bling at the finish line for the distance dominators but remember, every participant is a hero in our eyes.
