Palmetto Bluff Buffalo Run 10K, 30K, 50K Ultra and Relay

Experience the charm of the South Carolina Lowcountry at the annual Buffalo Run! Embrace the natural beauty as you race through 20,000 acres of near-pristine trails. Choose your challenge: a 10K, 30K, or 50K run through a scenic combination of single track and dirt roads, or form a team and go the distance together in our 30K or 50K relay races. Make sure to grab your race packets at the Palmetto Running Company the day before the event.

Race day is a dawn to late morning adventure, with gates opening bright and early. Hydration and fuel won't be a problem, with stations conveniently located. Relay teams and 50K runners - make yourselves at home in the staging area with your own setups. Cross the finish line and not only earn your medal but also revel in the Buffalo Run After Party with live music, a cold brew, and wings on us!
