Celebrate Labor Day with us in the heart of Philadelphia on Monday 6th September 2027, with 5K, 10K and 10 Mile distances to choose from.
Starting and finishing at the world-famous Rocky Steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, each race takes place on closed roads through the city, giving you the chance to enjoy fast, traffic-free running and some of Philadelphia’s most iconic surroundings.
Whether you’re chasing a personal best or taking on a new distance, expect an electric race-day atmosphere, professional race photos and free post-race goodies waiting for you at the finish.

Celebrate Labor Day with a closed-road 5K, 10K, or 10-Mile race through the heart of Philadelphia. Enjoy traffic-free streets, fast and scenic courses, and an unforgettable race-day experience. Starting and finishing at the world-famous Rocky Steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, runners will enjoy free post-race goodies, professional race photos, and an electric event atmosphere. Whether you're chasing a PB or taking in the sights, this is one race you won't want to miss!

There is no event specific parking for this race, we advise utilising street parking around Fairmount / Spring Garden Streets, along with the free parking around Eakins Oval and the Benjamin Franklin Museum. We advise car sharing where possible.
Runners can rely on SEPTA’s bus network, with several routes—such as the 32, 38, 43, 48, and 7—serving stops within just a few minutes’ walk from Eakins Oval. Alternatively, SEPTA Regional Rail offers nearby access via 30th Street Station, about an eight-minute walk away, allowing easy arrival from farther parts of the city or suburbs

7:00 am - 10 Mile
7:30 am - 10k & 5k starts
CUT-OFF TIME
There is a cut off of 9:30am for all races due to road closures in place.
BAGGAGE
We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.
TOILETS
There will be portable toilets within the event village as well as some on course.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be fluid stations on both courses at approximately every 2 Miles. The 5k will have 1 aid station as well. There will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.

Results will be available here immediately after the race.
