Route information
This A to B road relay starts at the Canadian border in the city of Blaine, WA, and takes your team of 12 runners past stunning sights, including the glacial Cascade and Olympic Mountain ranges, Deception Pass, and the Puget Sound.
The course will take you where the forest meets the sea and will leave you breathless as you cross the finish line with your whole team in Langley, WA, on Whidbey Island, where you'll celebrate an accomplishment you could never do alone. Grab your team, get ready, and don't miss out on this incredible adventure you'll be talking about for years to come.

Cupless Event
Every participant should bring two cups, one for cold liquids and one for hot liquids. No cups will be provided whilst you are running or in the Ragnar Village, as all water stations will be cupless.
Age Restrictions
Runners must be 12 or older to participate. Any participant under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver.
Any team with one or more participant(s) under the age of 18 must also have at least 1 adult (25 or older) with them at the race. The adult can camp with the team at no cost and can pace minor runners.
Pace
Your team must have an average of at least an 11-minute per mile pace to finish the course in the specified timeline.
Mandatory Kit
Every runner should have a good headlamp. It is recommended to have one with 70 lumens or more.
Course Rules
Take nothing and leave nothing. Runners are encouraged to wear clothing with pockets that zip to store any litter. Toilets and trash cans will be provided in the Ragnar Village for disposal of litter.
