Rocky Mountain State Games - Swim / Run

Dive into the thrill of competition with the swim/run event, a highlight of the Rocky Mountain State Games, in partnership with Tri Fit Company LLC and The Colorado Springs Sport Corp! Whether you're young or just young at heart, there's a race distance tailored for you: youngsters aged 5-8 can tackle a 100m pool swim and a joyous 1/2 mile dash on the Santa Fe Trail, while teens 9-15 amp it up to a 200m swim and 1-mile run. Adults and older teens (16+) can challenge themselves with a 750m swim and a robust 5k run on the same scenic trail.

Remember, this event is USAT Sanctioned and requires a USA Triathlon membership which you can snag during registration. Your race age is locked in as of December 31, 2026, and while you're welcome to age up into higher categories, don't even think about playing it safe by aging down – it's all about stepping up!
