Sole Mates is back, this time fueling the empowerment of young girls with each step through our partnership with Girls on the Run Triangle. Choose your challenge between a 5K or a 6.5-mile distance and run, walk, roll, or stroll in a celebration of health and togetherness.
Race solo or team up as doubles—because together you can achieve more, on and off the track. Incredible prizes await, including the chance for a free year of races worth nearly $1,000! Plus, with every registration, you are supporting life-changing programs that inspire young girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident.
