Step into our inaugural Tails & Trails 5K at the scenic Independence Oaks, where every stride supports the Oakland County Animal Shelter and Pet Adoption Center, along with Do Only Good Animal Rescue. Our trails await both two-legged and four-legged athletes, provided your furry friends are licensed and leashed. Imagine making a difference with every step—all while being surrounded by wagging tails, the thrill of the race, and the possibility of meeting your new best friend at the adoption zone. And for our little racers, Oakie the Squirrel will lead the way in a delightful kids 1K. It’s more than a race; it’s a fun-filled family day for a paws-itive cause!
