Tri McConnell Indoor Triathlon

Dive into the challenge of the Indoor Triathlon, a thrilling race where you'll swim, bike, and run your way to the finish line—all while indoors! McConnell members, snag your $5.00 discount and join us for a 10-minute swim in a 25-yard, 4-foot-deep pool, pedal fiercely for 30 minutes on a stationary cycle, and finish strong with a 20-minute treadmill run. Your endurance will be tested over 60 minutes of non-stop action, with transition times of 10 and 5 minutes to catch your breath between segments.

Compete side by side with up to 5 other athletes per heat, starting new heats every 35 minutes.
