Get ready to kick off your Thanksgiving with a heart-pumping tradition – the 14th annual Tryptophan Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K! It's the perfect way to earn that extra slice of pie, creating memories with friends and family as you come together from far and wide.

Choose your challenge: walk or run with us in-person or join virtually from anywhere. In-person packet pickup is on November 27, with the thrill of race day unfolding on November 28. Lace up for the Half Marathon at 7:30am, the 10K at 7:45am, the 5K at 8:00am, or bring the little ones for a Fun Run at 9:00am – there's a pace and place for everyone.

Sprint into action now to snag early bird rates! With custom bibs, medals, and tees for all participants, you'll leave with cool swag and warmer hearts.
