Route information
All three runs cover farm property trails and the trails of Whitney and Thayer Woods. These runs include some single track sections that can be technical in parts (exposed roots and rocks), but mainly consists of wider trails characterized by hard packed dirt, pine needles, leaves, etc. with some patches of loose gravel. The two longer distance include running a short section of the Whitney Spur Rail Trail. Sights along the way include a view of Boston from atop Turkey Hill, Bigelow Boulder, Ode's Den and farm livestock. There is 400' of elevation gain with the biggest hill coming towards the end of the run.
