The race start is signposted and is a 5-minute walk from the 3-1-5 Health Club. From here you will run a fast and flat route out into the Luneside countryside. This race is great for new beginners or offers great PB potential for more seasoned runners.

Please ensure you arrive early enough to register and warm up.
Age Requirements
All runners must be aged 15 or over on race day to compete in the 10k, and 11 or older to run in the 5k.
Race Packs
You will need to collect your race pack from the race HQ on the day of the event.
Aid Stations
There will be water stations approximately every 3 miles along the route, as well as at the finish.
Headphones
As sections of our races may be on roads, WE DO NOT ALLOW THE USE OF HEADPHONES unless they are BONE CONDUCTIVITY HEADPHONES as authorised by England Athletics.

Headphones are not recommended, as runners need to be aware of their surroundings and be able to hear marshals.
