Age requirements
All entrants must be 15 years old or over to participate.
Baggage storage
There will be limited baggage storage at the clubhouse, bags are left at the owner's risk.
Lancaster Club Runner Entry
Members of Lancaster Runner's Club will receive a discounted rate. If you pay the lower rate and are not a member of the club you will have to pay the additional balance at the registration on the day of the event.
Fancy Dress
You are welcome to wear fancy dress. Please be mindful about what you wear as roads and cycleways are not closed to the public.
Headphones
It is not recommended to use headphones when you run as you will need to be aware of what is around you and you must be able to take instructions from the marshals.
