Route information
This is the first ever Tough Runner Trail Festival and is comprised of three events- 10k, Half Marathon and Marathon.
Tough Runner have worked in close partnership with Natural Resources Wales to carefully design a course that is the perfect balance of challenge and fun.
The stunning location never fails to provide breathtaking scenery, offering a welcome distraction from typical road running courses.

*Please arrive at least an hour and a half before the start of your event to give yourself enough time to get parked, registered and warmed up.
Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to compete in the Marathon, at least 15 years old to enter the Half Marathon, and at least 11 to enter the 10k.
Kit List
Trail running in the UK means it is essential to be prepared for sudden changes of weather. This means to it important to bring waterproof clothing along with you just in case.
You must also bring plenty of water with you to keep hydrated, especially if the weather is hot.

Light refreshments and fuel can be found in Bryn Bettws Lodge and the Tough Runner tents near the start/finish line.
