Bovingdon Parish 10k & 3K Fun Run routes

COURSE

The 10k is an undulating road race which starts and finishes at the Memorial Hall in Bovingdon, Hertfordshire. It is an open-road and UKA affiliated race, which means that runners are not allowed to wear headphones and should take extra care while on the route. Runners will be treated with views of picturesque villages and their surrounding countryside, and spurred on by the local residents lining the course.

10K route

START - Runners will start on the George V playing field (behind the Memorial Hall) and finish by streaming down the High Street to finish in front of Memorial Hall. The route will take you through the quiet roads of the village, and will be marked and marshalled the whole way around.

3k fun run

START – outside the Memorial Hall, runners will cross the road and head down the High Street. Right onto Green Lane and continue the length of the road until you turn right onto Ley Hill Road. There will be a water station at Chesham Road, where you turn right back onto the High Street and finish outside the Memorial Hall.
