Route information
The wonderful Afan Forest Country Park plays host to this epic trail event. With 5k and 10k options, there is something for everyone. The routes are challenging but enjoyable with a few tricky climbs, speedy descents and panoramic views throughout. Trail shoes are recommended, but not compulsory!
Although this race is challenging in parts, all abilities are welcome to join the fun and take on this challenging course.
Cani-cross
The runs are also available for Cani-cross runners, so take on this brilliant challenge with your favourite four-legged friend. Please note the different registration and start times in the Raceday Information section.

Registration and Race Number
You will collect your race number and timing chip on the day of the race when you register, and your number must be visible on your front for the whole race. Please make sure you arrive early enough to park, register and get ready for your race.
