Route information
This mixed-distance event is set at the iconic Dorney Lake, just outside of Windsor. The course runs right along the water's edge and loops around the circumference of this iconic Olympic venue.
Given the completely flat nature of the course, this is the perfect opportunity to smash your PB after a long summer of training. Take inspiration from Team GB's London 2012 Olympic success and sign up for this well-organised and spirited event.
The course will be well marshalled and clearly distance marked throughout, with a number of refreshment stations to keep hydrated.

Standard: 1.5k Swim, 40k Bike, 10k Run
Sprint: 0.75k Swim, 20k Bike, 5k Run
Super Sprint: 0.4k Swim, 10k Bike, 2.5k Run

Participants will be set off individually at approximately 15 second intervals to ensure sufficient distance between runners. Your 15-30 minute start wave will be communicated to you before the event.

No, no changing or shower facilities will be available.
Is there somewhere I can leave my bag while I race?
No, there will be no bag drop available. Please arrive ready to run.
Does the Dorney Lake Triathlon event have a time-limit?
While there is no strict time limit, the organiser will start to deconstruct the registration/finish area at approximately 1:30pm. Participants must complete their race by this time.
Can I wear headphones to run?
Headphones/earphones are prohibited at this event.
Can I enter on the day?
There will be no entry on the day.
