This event is perfect for all runners. Found in South Elmsall Frickley country park is a former colliery, now converted into a lovely space that's perfect for runners. The course takes place on good trail. For this event the five mile loop will combine good paths with some challenging hills the route is quiet and pretty.
The 5 Mile is open to canicross entrants. Bring your dog along and they will also take home a dog neckerchief to match your medal.

Age Requirements
- 5 miles: 16 and over
- 10 miles and Terrier Trot: 17 and over
- 15 miles: 18 and over
- 20 miles and Marathon: 19 and over
- Ultra Marathon: All entrants must be 21 years and over to participate
Cut-Off times
There is a cut-off of 6hrs 30minutes for marathon and ultra runners.

There will be trophies awarded to first place male and female runners.
