This popular Spring run promises a supportive atmosphere with friendly and encouraging Marshals throughout the route, making it great for those who want to try their first 10k or the more experienced athletes looking for a PB.

With excellent road and rail links from Bedford, Luton, Hitchin and Milton Keynes, the Flitwick 10k is a great event to get your 2025 running season started.

Route information

Starting on Temple Way, this fast yet undulating course heads out on a scenic route along the roads surrounding Flitwick. There will be a water station at the 5k mark, as well as an additional sponge station at 7k if the weather conditions dictate it.

This will be a fully closed road route, and it will be marked and marshalled throughout.

Age Requirements

All runners must be aged 15 or older on the day of the event.

Race Packs

All race day information is available in the race pack which you can view and download here.

Timing chips and race numbers must be collected from registration on the morning of the event. Ensure you arrive with plenty of time to register and warm up.

Facilities

Toilets and a baggage area are available at race HQ. Ensure you attach a label with your race number to your bag.

Free Junior Run

There will be a junior run which is free to enter and does not require prior registration. This will start at approximately 11:30 and will be roughly 1 mile, along footpaths, with marshalls throughout the course. All finishers will receive a medal.

On the Day Entry

On the day entry will be subject to availability and will cost £25. Book ahead to avoid disappointment and make the most of the cheaper entry fee!
