Here's what races are available for Gung-Ho! – Edinburgh
Each course is designed to best suit the event location. There are no paint, water or mud obstacles at a Gung-Ho! event, but some mud should be anticipated in bad weather. We can not guarantee that every obstacle will appear at every event. The obstacles and their positioning are dependent on the specific venue. Rest assured we will do our best to set up every route to provide the most Gung-Ho! fun.

Parking: Parking is available at Broad Pavement, St Margaret's Loch, Dunsapie Loch, and Duddingston Loch car parks.
By Bus: Holyrood Park is served by the following buses: 104, 113, 124, 35, X15
By Train: The closest train station to Holyrood Park is Edinburgh Station, which is served by regular trains from across Scotland and England.
Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your wave time. This will allow you to park, collect any remaining tickets and drop any bags in the bag-drop facility before heading to the warm-up area.
Wave Times:
Gung-Ho! starters are released in waves of up to 250 runners. The first wave will be released at 10:30, with subsequent waves starting at 15-minute intervals, and finishing at 13:00
Bag Drop:
Valuables can be left at a manned bag drop facility for a £3 charge per item.

Since 2015 over 100,000 people have been able to take part in Gung-Ho! They have run, walked and jumped over our inflatable obstacle course, the first of its kind in the UK. Our Goal is to bring Gung-Ho! to even more cities and more people to give them the chance to experience something new. In that time, we have seen tonnes of people take part to raise money for good causes, first timers who who have never run any sort of 5k before and groups of friends who just want to try out something new.

Spectators are welcome at every Gung-Ho! event and entry are Free. Viewing points will depend on the venue layout, with viewing possible at various points around the course. We encourage you to bring friends and family with you to support you on the day.

Can I walk the course or skip an obstacle at Gung-Ho! - Edinburgh?
You can walk, skip or roll the course if you wish, as long as you enjoy yourself. If the obstacle looks too much for you then you are free to pass it by.
Can I run with my friends and family at Gung-Ho! - Edinburgh?
Yes, Gung-Ho! is all about inclusion so no matter your fitness level, you can run together. Choose the same wave time when booking to make sure you run together.
Is there an age/height requirement at Gung-Ho! - Edinburgh?
There is no minimum age requirement but participants must be at least 122cm in height to tackle the obstacles. Children under 11 must be accompanied through the course by a participating adult.
When will I get my finishers t-shirt and headband at Gung-Ho! Edinburgh?
You’ll receive your Gung-Ho! Winners Pack after you cross the finish line.

Hey, just to let you know that there is no minimum age to enter the race, but participants must be at least 122 centimetres in height to tackle these monstrous obstacles. Those under 11 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All the best and have fun!
