Each course is designed to best suit the event location. There are no paint, water or mud obstacles at this event, but some mud should be anticipated in bad weather. We can not guarantee that every obstacle will appear at every event. The obstacles and their positioning are dependent on the specific venue.

Parking: Free parking can be found at the Thicket Road, Anerley Hill, and Crystal Palace Park Road entrances.
Train: Crystal Palace Park is a short walk from both Crystal Palace Station and Penge West Station. Both stations are on the London Overground as well as Southern services to and from London Bridge Station.
Bus: Routes serving Crystal Palace Park and the surrounding area include the 3, 122, 157, 202, 227, 249, 322, 358, 363, 410, 417, 432, and 450.
Event day logistics
Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your wave time. This will allow you to park, collect any remaining tickets and drop any bags in the bag-drop facility before heading to the warm-up area.
Wave Times:
Gung-Ho! starters are released in waves of up to 250 runners. The first wave will be released at 09:30, with subsequent waves starting at 15-minute intervals, and finishing at 13:00
Bag Drop:
Valuables can be left at a manned bag drop facility for a £3 charge per item.
Spectator Info
Spectators are welcome at every Gung-Ho! event and entry is free. Viewing points depend on the venue layout, with viewing possible at various points around the course. We encourage you to bring friends and family with you to support you on the day.

Can I walk the course or skip an obstacle at Gung-Ho! - London?
You can walk, skip or roll the course if you wish, as long as you enjoy yourself. If the obstacle looks too much for you then you are free to pass it by.
Can I run with my friends and family at Gung-Ho! - London?
Yes, Gung-Ho! is all about inclusion so no matter your fitness level, you can run together. Choose the same wave time when booking to make sure you run together.
Is there an age/height requirement at Gung-Ho! - London?
There is no minimum age requirement but participants must be at least 122cm in height to tackle the obstacles. Children under 11 must be accompanied through the course by a participating adult.
When will I get my finishers t-shirt and headband at Gung-Ho! London?
You’ll receive your Gung-Ho! Winners Pack after you cross the finish line.
