Sprint Triathlon: 400m swim, 20k bike, 5k run
Nitro Triathlon: 200m swim, 12k bike, 2.5k run
This triathlon event with 2 distances on offer takes place in the small market town of Hitchin in Hertfordshire. A great event for both beginners and more seasoned triathletes. The swim is in the olympic sized outdoor pool, and a pool swim allows inexperienced swimmers to take on this triathlon.
The cycle takes you out in to the beautiful local countryside, before the final legs sees you run around the local park and town centre.
