The popular Holkham 10k is held in the stunning grounds of the Holkham Estate in Norfolk, taking in the beautiful rolling countryside and ending with Holkham Hall as the inspiring backdrop to the finish line. The event is part of the Outlaw Half Holkham Weekend, so athletes and their family and friends can enjoy the atmosphere of the event village.

Route information

Elevation: Undulating

Terrain: Roads / Farm Tracks

This single-lap 10k takes place entirely in the grounds of the stunning Holkham Estate. The route will take runners along the estate's roads and farm roads through Longlands, the Great Barns and the Obelisk before a fast descent to the carpeted finish chute against the backdrop of Holkham Hall.

Parking

There is plenty of on site parking, this is available for pre-purchase: £5 for Saturday only, £8.50 for a weekend pass. Parking can also be purchased on the day, additional charges may apply.

Camping

On site camping is available at our bespoke built campsite, this can be booked as part of your entry. Tent and caravan/camper pitch options are available.

Other Accommodation

There is also a range of accommodation options in the local area including campsites, B&Bs, holiday homes and hotels. Holkham is in a popular tourist area so early booking is advised.

Event day logistics

Race Packs

Race packs will be posted (late entries will need to collect on the day, please bring photo ID)

Age Requirements

Participants must be 15 years old on the day of the event

Timings

8:30am - Enquiries / Registration opens

10am - Race Starts

Cut off

Participants must complete the course within 2 hours of the start

Aid stations

Drink stations are available on the course, toilets are available in the Event Village before and after the race. Please be aware, there is no bag storage, showers or changing available.

Results

You can visit our digital Results Board in the Event Village and take your photo in front of your personal result display with your finishers medal. Full results will be published online shortly after the event.

Other events at the Outlaw Holkham Half Weekend

Make a day of it with the family and enter the kids into the Future Outlaw run on Saturday afternoon, options available for children age 4-15.

Or make a weekend of it to explore the Holkham Estate and join in the fun as an athlete, spectator or volunteer on Sunday at the Outlaw Half Holkham, the UK Middle Distance Triathlon Championships. Spectators are welcome to bring dogs along but they must be on a lead at all times.
