Route information
Starting near the Chaser Inn Pub, you will follow a trail across the magnificent Fairlawne Estate before picking up the Greensand Way path for a short period before heading down towards the idyllic setting of Igtham Mote.
You will then head up (yes up, got to earn that drink at the pub) before starting your descent towards the pub.
This is a hilly route but be rest assured these hills are for walking.

Pace
It is advisable that you would have run at least 4miles in one continuous run-in training prior to entering this event, you should be able to comfortably run an average pace of 12 min/miles - 7:30 min/km and have an appropriate level of fitness for the event.
This is most definitely not a race, we will run as a group and enjoy the trails together, please ensure you have the appropriate level of fitness to complete this run
What to wear and bring?
• Worn in trail running shoes (Highly recommended).
• Waterproof jacket
• Foil blanket or survival bag
• Hat and gloves if cold
• Spare top if cold
• Any food or gels you may need on the run.
• Water/electrolytes, I recommend you bring at least 250ml.
• Phone with a full charge.
• Cash or Card.
