Join Let's Do This and Brooks for a panel discussion centred around Mental Health Awareness Week and how running can positively impact your mental health. You'll connect with like-minded people around this important topic before you set off on a short 4k run around Clapham Common, where all paces will be welcome!
The panel will be moderated by elite running coach and mental health advocate Lloyd Kempson, and you'll hear from representatives from charities, grief support groups and running communities. Guests will include Shane from Step by Steppers, Jess Robson from RunTalkRun and Tom Dunning, the Mental Health Runner. Light refreshments will be available before you head off on your run.
