The route is a 2 lap course on rural roads. The course utilises the private road of Luton Hoo. The course is predominantly flat with a few hills.

Minimum Age for registration: 15+ Years on race day.
Race numbers will be sent out by post approximately 2 weeks before the event.
The race incorporates the Bedfordshire AAA 5 Mile County Championships, for which registration is required on race day.
