Route information
This course is UKA licenced and distance certified. The routes follow along the promenade, then out to Heysham Village and back to Hest Bank..
You'll get amazing views across the bay to the Lake District as you follow this mostly flat route, however there will be undulating sections in Heysham Village and Hest Bank.

Age Requirements
- Half Marathon: Entrants have to be 17 or older to enter
- 5k: Entrants have to be 11 years of age or older to enter
