This 5-mile lapped course takes runners through the stunning South Yorkshire Park country park of Rabbit Ings. You'll follow a clear trail path all the way around, before climbing one generous hill. With plenty of wildlife to see along the way, this event will certainly be entertaining.
There will be water and aid stations every 2.5 miles along the route, each stocked with an array of snacks. Homemade cake, a medal and a goody bag will be waiting at the finish line for all participants.
