Set on a 5km loop of hard-standing paths within the beautiful Nene Park, this flat and fast course is perfect for runners aiming for a new personal best.
Just a few miles from the city centre, Nene Park is one of the region’s largest and most loved green spaces. With scenic meadows, peaceful lakes, and woodland trails, it’s a favourite for both local visitors and runners alike. Whether you’re racing the 5K, 10K or Half Marathon, this stunning route has something for everyone.

There will be paid parking available around the Princes Dock area, this is approximately a 25 min walk from the Event Village.
Event day logistics
09:00 am - Half marathon starts
09:30 am - 10k starts
09:40 am - 5k starts
12:00 pm - Race End
CUT-OFF TIME
Please note there is a 90 min cut off on this race due to road closures in place
MINIMUM AGES
The following age restrictions apply:
- Half marathon: 17 and over on the day of the event
- 10k: 15 and over on the day of the event
- 5k: 11 and over on the day of the event
BAGGAGE
We will have a secure marquee where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be water provided at the 5k point of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal. (Please note the 5k won’t pass a water station on the course).
RESULTS
Results will be available here immediately after the race.

5k entrants must be 11 or older, 10k entrants must 15 or over and participants in the half marathon must be 17 or older.
