Route information
Regent's Park is the perfect setting for a fast and traffic-free Sunday morning 10k. The course covers an accurately measured 10k route over 3 laps wholly within the park and attracts runners of all abilities. Beginners are most welcome.
Join as an individual and complete all 3 laps on your own or join as a team of 3 and complete 1 lap each to combine the effort of running the 10k!
The race is chip timed and is mostly flat with slight undulations. The race start and finish are on the Broad Walk close to the espresso bar. The race is fully marshalled with kilometre markers and a water station.
