The course has been officially measured by the UK Association of UK Course measurers with incredible accuracy! The official measurement uses the racing line. Every turn will be scrupuously administered to the centimetre before race day to ensure maximum assurance for all competitors that the race they are running is truly the right distance.

I really enjoyed this run. Great organisation and marshalling and although the course was round an army barracks it was a pleasant course which was lovely and flat - great for a pb!!

Really enjoyed it. Could do with a few more toilets and two vans selling coffee. Apart from that all was good.

This was my first 10k race, I absolutely loved it and the volunteers helped me get round without stopping. Loved the medal, just wished it showed that is was for a 10k, as the 5k, half marathon and fun run all got the same medal.

Good event and a nice flat course.....
Only negatives: needs more portaloos, and more catering/food/drink options.
Big queues for both this year

Really well organized with music playing and water stops with energy gels if needed on the half. As it’s laps round an airfield (3 for the half) it’s great for a beginner, and plenty of space for parking.

Nice fairly flat fast course, just a bit solitary in places due to the location. Great run for a fantastic cause with the bonus of an amazing Poppy medal.
