All entrants must be 15 and older to enter the event.
Water Stations
Water stations will be situated at the 5k mark.

Individual Prizes
- 1st Male/Female overall – Trophy & Voucher worth £50
- 2nd Male/Female overall – Voucher worth £30
- 3rd Male/Female overall – Voucher worth £20
Age Group Prizes (W35+ and M40+ in 5 yearr bands (a minimum of 5 runners in each age band are required to qualify for a prize with no upper limit!)
10k PERFORMANCE BONUS FOR WINNING TIMES
- Men's 10k - £100 Sub 30:00mins / £200 Sub 29:30mins
- Women's 10k - £100 Sub 34:00mins / £200 Sub 33:00mins
£50 for a new race/course record (men and women)
Team Prizes
- 1st Male Team – UKA Affiliated Clubs (position of first 3 male runners from club)
- 1st Female Team – UKA Affiliated Clubs (position of first 3 female runners from club)
Note: runners MUST be wearing a club vest to qualify for team prizes.
