Route information
This Christmas themed 5k and 10k will show London 2012 Olympic Park in all its glory.
Participants will run right around the immense Olympic Stadium where GB's Greg Rutherford won gold in long jump on Super Saturday.
Participants will also pass the unique and impressive ArcelorMittal Orbit Tower designed by Anish Kapoor and Cecil Balmond for the Games.
Get a chance to see these iconic landmarks more than was as the course is a loop with 5km athletes completing it twice and 10km runners doing it four times.
Course marshals will be on-site to direct you throughout the duration of the race.

By Tube/Train
The closest stations to the park are Stratford or Stratford International. Alternatively, take the overground railway to Hackney Wick which is around a 10-minute walk to the park.
By Bus
Regular buses services run from Central London into Stratford City bus station.
By Car
There is paid parking available in Westfield Stratford City.
Event day logistics
09:30 10k and 5k races start
*Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the race in order to complete the registration process in good time.
Race Pack
Race Packs must be collected on the day of the event, before the start of your race, from registration. Please be aware that you will not receive anything in the post.
Water Stations
There will be a water station at the lapped point of the route, meaning 5k runners will pass it once, and 10k runners will pass it three times. There will also be a water station at the finish line.
Bag Drop
There will be a bag drop at Race HQ. To use the bag drop, tear the strip from the bottom of your race number and attach it to your bag. This makes every bag easily identifiable to yourself and the volunteers.
Toilets
There will be portable toilets available on-site.

Spectator Info
Spectators are integral to creating a lively and energetic atmosphere for the runners. It is therefore strongly encouraged to invite friends and family down to the race to cheer you on.

There will be water provided at the 5km point of the race and some more at the finish line. There will also be bananas and flapjacks on the finish line too, as well as mince pies.

They have a secure area where you can leave your bags. It is recommended to bring as few bags as possible on the race day.

You are allowed to run with a buggy/pushchair. RunThrough would advise you to start at the back of the race to avoid congestion.
