Route description

RunThrough returns to Regent's Park to offer speedy 5k and 10k courses around one of London's stunning Royal Parks. The flat course takes you past the ZSL London Zoo, where you might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the 698 species of animals that live there. The fast nature of the course along the flat footways is a great place to capture a chip-timed personal best.

The course follows roads and paths through the park and will be well-marked with both signs and marshals. The course is 1 lap for the 5k and 2 laps for the 10k.
