Run in the summer sun through beautiful Regent's Park in this 5k or 10k course. A great course for all levels, the looped flat course that zips by the London Zoo is a perfect venue to unlock the animal within you and capture that personal best. Come for the beautiful park or to set a summer record.

RunThrough returns to Regent's Park to offer speedy 5k and 10k courses around one of London's stunning Royal Parks. The flat course takes you past the ZSL London Zoo, where you might be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the 698 species of animals that live there. The fast nature of the course along the flat footways is a great place to capture a chip-timed personal best.
The course follows roads and paths through the park and will be well-marked with both signs and marshals. The course is 1 lap for the 5k and 2 laps for the 10k.
Schedule:
10:00: 5K and 10K start
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the race in order to store your baggage and get warmed up.
Baggage Storage:
There will be a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.
Toilets/Changing:
There are toilets and changing facilities at the hub for you to use before and after the race.
In terms of spectating, this park couldn't be any better, the fields are open and every area of the park is accessible to see people running round.
