Really impressed with the organisation. Great to have a warm up at the start. And considering it was January quite a lot of supporters. Easy location to get too.

Half marathon, was great, although on the two inclines, you had to dig in and find a bit extra, especialy on the last lap.Great fun and well organised. The inclines made it interesting and will highlight those weaknesses and help you improve stamina.Circuit was just right, not too easy, but not too hard. Great preparation for full marathon.👍

Careful with that long hill. Had to go up it 4 times in the half marathon and ended up tearing a calf muscle going up the second time. Stupidly carried on and finished the half and was out of action for the next month and almost missed the Manchester marathon.

It’s a great event, everyone is encouraging each other and you get a buzz from it! The course is undulating and then with one nice long down hill but of course followed up an uphill which isn’t easy so just preparing for that

I loved the day. It was my first half marathon and the setting couldn't have been better with challenging but manageable hills, really well organised and lots of treats at the finish line!
