Route information

This is an iconic 10k for you to take part in! Starting and finishing pitch side at Southampton FC’s St Mary’s Stadium, this is a rare opportunity to run inside the incredible stadium. The route is flat and fast making it perfect for runners of all abilities and the route takes in some of Southampton’s most iconic landmarks, including Ocean Village and Northam Bridge.

Parking

There will be no parking at the venue, we recommend using public transport or car sharing

where possible. Please use parkopedia.com to find somewhere suitable to park nearby.

There are several surrounding small car parks available which are often used on match days.

Event day logistics

09:00 10K starts

10:45 Junior race starts

Please note there is a 90-min cut off on this race due to road closures in place

Minimum Ages

10k - U15+

Baggage

We will have a secure marquee area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.

Toilets

There will be toilets available for you to use within the Stadium, which can be accessed from the Event Village.

Refreshments

There will be water provided at the 5k point of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish along with your post race goodies and medal.

Spectators

Spectators are more than welcome, you will be able to catch the start & finish pitch side in St Mary’s Stadium!

Please note, due to venue restrictions no dogs are allowed at this event.

Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.
