Tough, with some big hills (and downhills!), but incredible views and such a rewarding course! Absolutely loved every second, even when it got tough for the last 5km (knackered!) - highly recommend to anyone for a really challenging but fun and beautiful course

I think it’s time to re think using single use plastic cups for water stations. Either just use reusable /washable cups or ask runners to bring their own with them on the run.

Most fun I've had in years. It was my first Tough Runner event but definitely won't by my last . I felt like a child again running up and down sand dunes, through woods, trying to stay upright when navigating through the stretches of mud. Also wonderful scenery all the way around the course. Can't wait for the next one . ( I'm 58 year old male - time to finish around 2hrs 25mins. )

There wasn’t adequate signage and I saw some people take the wrong direction and also our group had to stop to double check we were going the right way. Not enough Marshall’s and some ofMy group felt that this was dangerous as people could have an accident and be easily missed or not spotted for a while. There should have been at least 1 more water stop due the difficulty of this race.
