The Swansea Triathlon is host to one of the best course locations in the UK. With a spectator friendly swim, picturesque ride, and PB-breaking potential run, this event will be hard to top.

How to enter
Tickets available until Sun May 30 2021
What's included:
Registration will be at the National Waterfront Museum.
Please be aware that no bikes are permitted inside the museum.
You will need your Photo ID and signed Disclaimer to be able to register on the day. Without these you will not be able to race.
You must be 14 years old by the day of the race.
Entries are non-transferable, so if someone else races under your details, you and the person racing will be disqualified and banned from all Activity Wales Events.
Race Pack
At registration you will receive an envelope which will include the following — 2 Bib Numbers, 1 Helmet Number, 1 Bike post number and 1 Timing Chip and Swim Hat for your allocated wave.
Please make sure you complete the medical information on the back of your bibs.
You will be registered in your wave, so please make sure you know your wave before arrival — you can find this information on the website. Waves are not transferable.

Swim 0.75km, Bike 20km, Run 5km

Route description
Route description
The Swansea Triathlon will start from the Prince of Wales Dock. Athletes will get into the water and swim anti-clockwise around the course, with large turn-point buoys to be kept on the swimmers left-hand sides.
The bike course will be a 3 lap anti-clockwise route from transition, coming back around into Swansea. The run will see you running through the streets, along the beach to the turning point and back to the finish line.

- Take the A40 to Carmarthen
- Follow through Crosshands and Pont Abraham roundabout
- Take the M4 towards Swansea
- Leave M4 at Junction 45
- Keep in left hand lane and take A4067 towards the City Centre
- Follow the signs for Stadium for approx. 6 miles and then the Stadium will appear on your left hand side
- After the Stadium follow the road and take a right at the roundabout towards the docks
- There are many car parks in the area which you can park in to access all the areas needed.

- Leave the M4 at Junction 44
- Follow Fabian Way down to the centre
