Everyone in good spirits, was a good event. The markers along the course were brilliant and must of taken a long time for preparation. As it was a heat wave, I would of expected some better food and drink at the aid stations, the very last one was only water, everyone would of been in the sun for 5+ hours, I think it would of been beneficial for a mixture of electrolytes, salt tablets, gels, protein bars. Apart from that it was a great event thanks
