Absolutely awesome weekend., fantastic company to run with, every element was organised and flawless. Race directors and staff were lovely and catered for every need. Would definitely run with this company again I cannot fault them. The runners were all a lovely bunch and it felt very inclusive, fast or slow you were part of a group with the same goals to get to the finish. A very enjoyable encouraging weekend for all abilities.

Wanted a test to see if I could get up the next day and the next and run three Ultras back to back. This ticked the box! Great organisation thoroughly enjoyed every second of it. Would highly recommend this event to anyone......GO DO IT!!!!!

This was my 1st ever ultra and I absolutely loved every minute of it!!!.The South Downs way is an amazing route that just has to be run or walked!. I would definitely recommend this ultra event to others. The organisation was excellent from the moment you turned up Neil and his crew were on hand to give advice, help carry your bags or making you a cuppa.. Just one bit of advice I would give to others is wear ear plugs to bed. Great job folks!!! See you next year..

I had the best day on Saturday, even if I had to withdraw on CP2 due to health condition. The start was well stocked abs the vibe was great. Start line and briefing was thorough and light beat. The competitors all chatted and encouraged each other. Checkpoints were well stocked up and (cold!) crew ready to help. The talk in the evening was helpful and post race lasagne just what I needed. This is a great event!

XNRG were my first multi day ultra and there is a reason I go back. Not huge numbers, inclusive for walkers and runners, but with a competitive field. Organisation is brilliant. Staff and volunteers are outstanding.
