My 2nd 10 of the year and a very different course. The loops had variation (although it's definitely not flat!) and I was grateful that it was only 2 laps. Despite the weather, which was typically wintery (Wet, Windy, Muddy, Cold) this race was well organised. Clear communication from the beginning, as well as wonderful helpful marshals meant that things ran smoothly. I would come back and do another event (probably in summer)
3.7Did the 10k in 2022
Not the greatest conditions for running but well organised with friendly marshalls, nice undulating course and chipped timing with a great medal. The only downside was the slippy (and frankly dangerous) parts of the course where I lost my footing and struggled to remain on my feet! I think maybe some efffort could have been made to make them safer... That said, I would consider entering future events.
