Route information
All distances will follow the cliff top paths towards Flamborough and all will be starting and finishing at the Ship Inn Pub. This will be a very scenic run with the refreshing seaside air.
The 10k course will be two laps of the 5k route. The Marathon will be 2 laps of the Half Marathon route. There will be aid stations every 3 miles.

- 5k and 10k: Runners must be 16 or over to participate
- Half Marathon: Runners must be 17 or over to participate
- Marathon: Runners must be 18 or over to participate
Cut-off time
There will be a 6hour 30minute cut-off time, you can start earlier if needed, marshals will be on the route from 9am.

Toilets will be available at the Ship inn, at the event start.
