Route information
This course will be a completely flat, seaside route offering PB potential for anyone taking part. It is a lap event, each lap is just over 4 miles in length. You can take on a 7k, Half marathon, Individual Marathon or Relay Marathon on this looped course.
There will be water and Active Root Stations at each lap and Marshals and First Aiders on the course.
There will also be a 1 mile kids race.

Marathon: All participants must be 18 years or older to participate in this race.

Relay Team
Relay teams can be from 2 to 6 runners, each to run at least 1 lap
Water stations
There will be water stations every 2 miles with Active Root Sports drinks, it is encouraged to bring your own water carrier or bottle to fill it up during the race.
Bag drop
There will be unsecured baggage storage at the Blast Running Gazebo. The event organisers take no responsibility for your items.
