The distance of this event are guidelines, you are completely free to choose whatever distance you would like as long as you do not exceed the 10 loop limit (50k).

How far do I have to run at The Ultra Loop?
Participants are welcome to run as little or as far as they wish as long as they do not exceed 50k, you will receive a medal even if you finish one 5k lap.

What time do I need to arrive for The Ultra Loop?
Please arrive in plenty of time before the race briefing (08:30) to ensure you have time to collect your race pack.

A great event. Very welcoming to all runners and the 5k loops are a good way to build to the full 50k distance of you're going for that.
Loved the format. It was the first race I had ever signed up for. I was worried that I'd feel out of place but the event was really inclusive and I felt totally welcome.

The course was well marked/marshalled throughout with a great encouraging atmosphere. Very well organised in my opinion, even the aid stations were spot in. Plenty of toilets also which you don't see that often.Overall I personally thought it was a brilliant event, only downside I would say is that for those who did the 50km (10 Laps) they got the same medal as those who did 5km (1 Lap), you did get a print out at the end which shows you your times for each lap and overall but it'd be a nice touch if the medals were different for those who did the full 10 Laps (52km overall).
Great atmosphere, great organisation hilly challenging course
Extremely well organised, and good fun. Will be registering for this event in October
Fantastic first time ultra experience. We used it as a training run for marathon but now wished we had paced it for the full 30 mi.
