Starting in Tudor Square Tenby, this undulating marathon will take you out towards stunning scenery offered up by the Pembrokeshire National Park. You’ll be able to feel the sea breeze and take in the spectacular castles, monuments and beaches along this closed road route.
As all the roads are closed along this marathon route, it’s the perfect event for first-timers and more experienced runners alike.
There will be feed and water stations will be situated every 5 miles along the race course.

  • From Carmathen take the A40 to St Clears
  • At the roundabout take the 1st exit on to the A477
  • At the second roundabout take the 1st exit on to the A478
  • Follow the road into Tenby

Registration
You collect your race number and timing chip from registration either the evening before or the morning of the event day. You can only register for yourself and will need to bring your ID and disclaimer in order to register.
Age Requirements
  • The marathon is open to runners aged 18 or over
  • The half marathon is open to runners aged 16 or over
  • The 10k is open to runners aged 14 or over
  • The 5k is open to runners aged 11 or over
Toilets
Toilets are located at the following locations:
  • Upper Park Road
  • Lower Park Road
  • Castle Beach
  • South Beach Car Park
Timing Chip
Timing chips are located on your bib and must be pinned on the front of your chest. These must be collected at the time of registration upon showing your photo ID.
Headphones
It is discouraged to wear headphones during the race.
Rules
  • Complete the full course correctly
  • Foul and abusive language is not permitted, listen to marshals, the police and race referees, if you don't, you will be disqualified
  • No outside assistance is allowed
  • Please do not use any listening devices at all on the course as it may impair your hearing
  • Your race number must be worn on the front at all times during the race
  • Make sure you're at the start line 30 minutes before the event starts

Did the race in 2019
Well organised, great atmosphere and support in the towns and around the course, plenty of water and feed stations however I was glad I had my own supply to supplement.

Loved every discipline! If I have to moan, the swim needs a better system! To many at marker bouy needs spreading apart somehow! Different categories at different time slots?
