You'll take to the country roads of Warwickshire to complete this half marathon. Starting and finishing at Warwickshire Racecourse, the traffic-free route will take participants through the rolling hills and countryside surrounding the racecourse.

Warwick Station is about a 20-minute walk away from the racecourse and has regular trains from London Marylebone, Stratford Upon Avon, Birmingham Snow Hill and Leamington Spa.
By Car
From the M40, take exit 15 for the A425 to Warwick.
Parking
There is paid parking available on-site at the racecourse. If there are no available spaces, then there are plenty of Pay & Display car parks in the surrounding Warwick area.

Age Requirements
All entrants must be 17 years or older on the date of the event to participate in both half marathons. The junior race is open to children aged 6 and over.
Race Packs
Race Packs must be collected on the day of the event, before the start of your race, from registration. Please be aware that you will not receive anything in the post.
Headphones
All entrants are prohibited to wear noise-cancelling headphones, however, you may use earphones at a low volume so that you can hear instructions from marshals.
Results
Results will be uploaded live to The Race Organiser website, and communicated to all pre-registered participants, within 24 hours of each event.
Buggies, Pushchairs, and Strollers
In line with UKA Guidelines the use of such items is not permitted in the half marathon but is permitted for the junior race.

Yes, all entrants must be at least 17 years old to take part in the half marathons. Entrants for the junior race must be aged 6 or over.

Sadly two weeks on I still don't have my medal. No correspondence to update since filling the form out to let them know who I was without a medal. During the course two marshalls disappointed me: one allowed a car to come down a country road that was not wide enough for both of us so I had to go into the muddy bank for it to pass me; the other was sat in his car reading a paper. At the end of the race there was no finisher photo (I'm not sure there were any photos at all actually) and I felt people in the hi-vis were avoiding me when I was enquiring about where the medals were. I eventually found out there was one left so I asked if I could have it. I was told to think of those still struggling on the course... I did not see their logic and did not see how any of them were any more deserving than I was. Disappointing. Lovely route with lots of potential but a bit more logical decision making and integrity would massively improve the experience.

Very disappointed. Been in this half marathon since last year, waiting and after the previous years fiascos, was looking forward to it. I ran in 2020, loved it, have been signed up for the next race since 2020, cancelled, re-organised, cancelled, re-organised to run the racecourse, cancelled til 2022. Well done for getting it done. NOT well done for charging people £30 odd quid and having nothing to show for it, bar a name in a results section. NO MEDALS, NO PHOTOS. This was my 2nd and last

No medal yet ! No photos! Looks like they took their eye off the ball this year. A lot of money is being charged, don’t take everyone’s participation for granted, deliver what you promise.

Really fun course which is up and down from the start but fair so wouldn’t be put off. Doesn’t appear to have been many photos taken, finishing wise or on course. Overall though well run and would do again.

Warm tent to shelter before the start. So good. I love a good photo finish but didn't get any!! Not even one during the run! Very disappointing! At least I got my medal!

On the whole a good course. Slight lack of signage particularly at 2mile & finish. Also event seemed to rely on people knowing what to do and where to be rather than clear guidance. 1 negative - not really sure what happened but a Marshall sent us down a live lane of traffic and let traffic flow rather than putting us into the coned off area on way back into Warwick. Had to cross the stream of traffic to get back to where we should have been. Would do this event again.

Tough testing course with plenty of ups & downs throughout from the start. Nice downhill to flat finish in the racecourse. Plenty of happy smiling faces at the finish !!

The setting for the start and finish is perfect.Running on closed roads is wonderfulThe Rotary club marshals were plentiful and encouraging. Results were out fast.Only thing to look at is the traffic management at Hatton Park. Conflict with cars crossing the runners that needed control. Over all well done. One to pencil in for 2023.

A really tough course, but one with amazing views and a fantastic (local) support network. Start was also awesome, as there were real facilities and places to stay warm / get a coffee before the race started. Plus, I PB'd!!

My 4th Warwick 1/2 marathon. Great run and well set out course. Undulating hills starting more up and finishing more down. Very enjoyable and safe. Friendly competitors.
