Route information
The course is a 5k out and back loop with a mix of grass, promenade and trail. The running course is traffic free route with most of the route incorporates the promenade that is restricted to pedestrians and cycles only.
Half marathon runners will complete 4 laps of the course, 10k runners 2 laps and 5k runners just 1 out and back lap.
There will also be a 3k and 2k race for all the family to enjoy. Course details are coming soon.

Free parking is available all along Marine Parade and in the streets close to the start. Parking is also available at Tankerton Road car park and also Gorrel Tank car park just outside the Harbour.

Registration
Registration will be open from 08:15 for runners to collect their bib numbers.
Toilets will be located close to the registration area.
Aid Station
There will be water and refreshments provided. The aid stations will be vegetarian and vegan friendly. In an attempt to green, there will be no disposable cups. Runners should bring their own refillable bottle.
Age Requirements
All runners competing in the half marathon, 10k and 5k must be aged 16 or over on event day to participate in the Whitstable Seaside Run.
