A great race to finish the season with lovely scenery and a great atmosphere!Distances were not accurate though and the guys on the microphone were dreadful!

Nice event with an 'interesting' course, the swim is quite technical as it involved lots of turns within short distances so lots of sighting required to stay on track. The bike route is undulating with no major climbs that I can remember, I was surprised at the amount on climb o my strava when looking back though. The run is basically half down hill and half uphill with a hill sprint finish which was good. Very well supported though and great atmosphere around the event village though, just a shame there was no T-shirt.

Really enjoyable, open course with lovely scenery starting from and returning to the ground around woburn abbey.Swim course, good if a little weedy, bit of a scrum on swim start though.Bike course, enjoyable and picturesque, but quite hilly so very challenging and no real chance to settle into a rhythm. Some enjoyable technical downhill sections though.Run course, open and well laid out, really good support throughout (helped by the loops), well stocked and manned aid station!
