Nice flat course but the distance markers were either very inaccurate or left up for a different course.

The route was ok, but there could have definitely been more water stations and the cups were not ideal to drink from whilst running. I know plastic bottles are not great for the environment but even small ones would have been easier.

For the sake of an extra couple of pounds on the fee, sending out race packs through the post would have saved me £15 on the train fare to go collect in person. I didn't want to leave it until Sunday as that would have been my only other chance to get it, and I wasn't prepared to take the risk of arriving too late to do so. Neither was I prepared to pay exorbitant rates for a hotel for the night before. As it was, starting an hour later would have given me (and possibly many others) the chance to travel there by train on the day, so reducing the road traffic into and out of Worthing.

The course was awful this year. Cars in road. The route was demoralising by keep going over the same ground again. Very unimaginative. 2022 was a lot better route.

To pass the finish line/area SIX times is utterly soul destroying. Definitely will NOT enter this race ever again!!!!

Nice and flat course - good for setting a PB. Route could be a bit more varied.
