Get ready to dive, pedal, and dash through our exhilarating triathlon event! With options for both beginners and seasoned athletes, you can take on either a brisk 100-meter swim, 2-mile bike, and 1/2-mile run, or challenge yourself with a 200-meter swim, 3-mile bike, and full mile run. Glide through our pool swim, where you'll "snake" through 50-meter lanes, starting individually to keep the flow smooth and competitive. Then, cycle confidently on a vehicle-free park road loop, and finally, sprint to glory across the scenic Dix Hills Golf Course. Cross that finish line and claim your hard-earned Finisher Medal—but don't forget, sign up before July 24th to ensure you also snag a commemorative t-shirt!
